I wanted to bounce this off the members to see if anyone else has heard anything on this subject. One of my team members in KC let me know that the HAKC is planning to cut the value on Section 8 vouchers significantly in the very near future.
I received a letter this week from HAKC telling us that due to funding issues they would not be granting increases in rent. But then it went on to say that they would pay market rent, and that particular property was under market rent...
But they would not grant an increase!
Typical HAKC screw up! They will pay it, but they won't pay it either.
