We had Don DeRosa visit our MAREI meeting last night and he is offering a vison of real estate that he utilizes, along with many of the top earners in the field. Buy proeprties with out using banks. Instead buy subject to existing financing when you can, utilize private lenders for all the rest of the needed money. Renovate to be the best house in the neighborhood at the best price for buyers and sell fast for cash. Or keep a few cream puffs for cash flow.
He is going to be sharing this event at the June 13th workshop posted in the events. If you can attend, I think you will find it very beneficial.
