My Background
My Career in Real Estate began in the early 1980’s as a licensed real estate agent. During that time I invested in real estate from purchasing to rehab and resale to rentals.
In 1990 I became a licensed real estate appraiser appraising properties in Missouri, Illinois and Iowa.
In 1995 I moved to Southern California and started learning mortgage lending. I was fortunate to have learned lending in the very aggressive and creative California market. After returning back to the Kansas City, Missouri area I continued as a mortgage broker.
I have been a member of Kansas City Investment Group for 6 years and am currently serving as President. At this time I do not personally invest in real estate but choose instead to provide my experience and knowledge to others.
I am pleased and honored to say that I am a mortgage broker that offers a WIDE variety of personal experience and loan programs.
