About Me
In January 2008, my husband and I established Homes with Hope, LLC with the mission to provide quality homes with fair and reasonable terms to those ready to begin realizing the American dream of home ownership.
We are looking to invest in middle-income single family REOs in the Blue Springs and Lee's Summit areas that we can turn into lease/purchase programs for our tenants. We are attempting to follow Andy Heller's system of investing.
We have one property so far that (knocking on wood) is working out well and are eager to purchase our next property but would like help with some creative financing.
