I am really open to all listings. Let's do a dollar amount. I do not want to go over $100,000. I am not crazy about the inner city because financing is hard to get, so I want to stay west of Paseo. I do not want to go north of the river at this time. Independence, Raytown, Kansas City MO, some areas in Kansas City KS just stay out of the rough area's. Multi family or single is ok. It really depends on the deal and the neighborhood. I will buy & flip. I do not want to be a landlord anymore. Thank you

Fannie Mae Auction

I recently bought a house that was a foreclosure and that was up for auction. I did not actually go to an auction I just bid on it like I would do on any other property, I bid on it and they agreed on the price. It went down like a regular transaction so I thought.
