I have two packages of houses for sale. These have been trimmed down and repackaged to provide a better ROI and CAP rate. The owner is willing to guarantee the ROI stated on each spreadsheet. I read where there is a program to help home owners facing foreclosure. Many lendes have decided to work with them, lower interest rates, lower total loan or what ever they need to do to try to help the home owner stay in the home, but sorry if you are an investor, you are left out in the cold.
