4011 Olive has been vandalized and would require a minimum of $10k to rehab but probably closer to $15k or even $20k. My biggest concern with this property is that there are 3 house in a row next to it that are all vacant and all appear to have been vandalized. I'm pretty sure there are people living in them too. This one would be good to sit on until we could find the owners of the other vacant houses and maybe sell them all as a package or rehab them all at once.

3404 Norton is actually in good condition and all the houses around it are occupied and in good condition. It needs maybe $2000 - $7000 in repairs to get it rent ready. The high end would be if the furnace needs replacing. This house alone should bring in $20k as is.
